This is a marketing website. We don't sell your data, we host in the EU, and we only collect what you choose to send us, for example, when you fill in a form or book a call. The detail below sets out the formal position. This is a clear, sensible template; have it reviewed for your final legal wording before relying on it.
Who we are
Data controller.
BonusGroup LTD, Sofia, Bulgaria, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about any data matter at hello@bonusgroup.eu.
What we collect
Data we collect, and why.
- Contact details you give us, your name, email, business name and message when you use a form or book a call, so we can respond to and manage your enquiry.
- Booking details, when you book a call, the information needed to schedule it (handled through our BonusFlow platform).
- Basic technical data, standard server and analytics information such as approximate location and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and understand how it's used.
Our lawful bases are your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
Hosting & sharing
Where your data lives.
This site and the systems behind it are hosted on European infrastructure. We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run our business (for example, our own BonusFlow platform for managing enquiries and bookings), under appropriate agreements.
Your rights
What you can ask us to do.
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it if it's wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it.
- Receive a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email us and we'll respond within the timeframes the GDPR requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention & changes
How long, and updates.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete it. We may update this notice from time to time; the current version always lives at this address.
